Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may replace it. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Our team is dedicated to providing you with optimum satisfaction with products and services. However, if there happens to be an issue, We offer a swift replacement policy that caters to any troubles that cause you dissatisfaction.


Process:


Once you buy a product, we provide you with a 7-day window to claim a replacement. Here are some easy steps to follow:


  1. Make sure the tags and labels are secure

  2. The product is in unused condition

  3. Draft an email to the customer service at support@rasraj.org

  4. Obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  5. Once RNA is received, place the product in its original packing 

  6. Mail it to the following address
